Meet the Team

Paul is a practicing Mediator, and founder of Your Terms Mediation. Paul became interested in Mediation as a result of his own experience in divorce and custody litigation, which proved contentious and expensive, and which hurt all of those involved. Committed to helping people limit the stress, anger and expense of the litigation process, he decided to devote all of his professional efforts to divorce, in one way or another. As a respected divorce professional, Paul provides financial education to Family Law and Divorce attorneys at area Bar Associations, including those in Bucks and Montgomery County, and has developed strong relationships with attorneys throughout Pennsylvania who seek his expertise in financial matters. Paul also drafts Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) to divide pensions, 403(b) and 401(k) plans, and other retirement plans, and also provides Pension Valuations.

Paul is also president of Divorce On Your Terms, Inc. and PTM Wealth Management, where for 16 years he has been practicing as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™, a financial planner, and an investment manager for private clients.  Since 2005, the primarily focus of his wealth management firm has been helping individuals and couples make smart financial decisions in divorce.  Paul also practices as a financial neutral Collaborative Law.

Paul is a member of the Collaborative Law Associates of Southeastern PA and the PA Council of Mediators, and is a strong supporter of Domestic Violence organizations, having served as co-president of the Board of Directors of Laurel House in Montgomery County, and currently serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of A Woman’s Place in Bucks County. He is also a seven-time, Five Star Wealth Manager Award winner.
